What is the “GPS-Panel”?
・
GPS stands for Get PerSonal Access Code and refers to digital panels installed not only in the exhibition area but also throughout the conference venue.
・
At the dedicated panels of companies that have applied for panel sponsorship, product promotion videos, announcement slides, and other content are displayed.
・
Conference participants can hold the QR code printed on their participation badge over the reader installed at the panel of a sponsoring company they are interested in, and receive a ticket that can be exchanged for the Kyoto souvenir.

After the conference, participant information (name, affiliation, affiliation address, and e-mail address) of those 　who have issued tickets at each company’s panel will be provided to the respective sponsoring companies in digital form (making it possible to avoid conventional handwritten paper forms).
Please note that the QR code on the participation badge will be displayed at the time of badge issuance only if consent is given to the provision of the information listed above. In addition, personal information will be provided to companies and a ticket exchangeable for souvenir will be issued only when the participant’s QR code is scanned by the Digital-GPS-Panel reader on site.

    The recipient companies agree to use the provided information solely for their own promotional activities (limitation of use). 
  4. Entrustment of Handling of Personal Information
    For the purpose of business operations, we may entrust the handling of personal information to external parties, limited to the scope of the purposes of use stated above.
    In such cases, we will select contractors with a high standard of personal information protection, conclude agreements regarding appropriate management and confidentiality of personal information, and ensure that proper management is implemented.
  5. Requests for Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information
    The individual may request the Company, through the inquiry contact listed below, regarding the disclosure, etc. of their personal information (notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use or deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties).
    In such cases, the Company will confirm the identity of the individual and respond within a reasonable period.
